Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation of a Booked Tour

We understand that circumstances may arise leading to the cancellation of your tour. Cancellations must be made in writing and will take effect on the day they are received.

Please note the following cancellation charges:

• 90 days or more prior to arrival: 100% of the deposited amount towards ‘Tour cost’ shall be refunded.
• 90 to 60 days prior to arrival: 100% of the deposited amount towards “Tour Cost” shall be refunded.
• 60 to 45 days prior to arrival: 100% of the deposited amount towards “Tour Cost” shall be refunded.
• Within 45 days prior to arrival: 100% of the deposited amount towards “Tour Cost” shall be refunded.
