Booking a Tour

To secure your booking, we require an advance payment of upto 40% of the total tour cost. Additionally, full payment for air/train tickets must be made at the time of booking. Once we receive your advance payment, we’ll begin arranging your accommodations, transportation and other trip essentials. You’ll receive a reservation status update once these arrangements are made. The remaining 60% must be paid 45 days before your tour begins. During the peak season of Christmas and New Year (20 Dec to 05 Jan), full payment is required in advance.

Amendment to a Booked Tour

While we prefer not to make changes to confirmed arrangements, we understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary. We’ll do our best to accommodate your requests, subject to availability. Please note that amendments may incur administrative charges.

Payment for a Tour

Online Payments: Your online transactions are safe and secure with us. We utilize the highest standards of internet security to protect your privacy and ensure a seamless transaction experience. We accept Google Pay, Debit Card, Credit Card, Phonepe,Visa, Mastercard.

Payment through Bank Transfer: You can also make payments via direct bank remittances. Our sales representatives will provide you with the necessary bank account details.
